Undergraduate Cost of Attendance
The Cost of Attendance is our estimate of the total cost to attend SU for one academic year. This estimate includes tuition and fees, room and board, books and supplies, transportation expenses, and personal expenses. It is important to remember the Cost of Attendance is only an estimate. A student's costs could vary depending on individual spending habits for expenses not billed directly by SU, such as books, clothing, and recreation. The Cost of Attendance also represents the maximum amount of financial aid a student can receive, including scholarships, grants, student and parent loans, and work-study.

- The Tuition and Student Services Fee are the typical amounts a full-time undergraduate is charged, but individual charges could vary.
- The Room and Board (i.e. food), Books and Supplies, Travel, Personal, and Loan Fees figures are an estimate of what an average full-time undergraduate student will spend during the academic year. Students could spend more or less depending on their individual living situations and spending habits.
- Additional fees such music lessons or clinical fees are added to the Cost of Attendance when appropriate depending on the student's major.
