Viña Performs with Palm Beach Symphony, Florida Grand Opera, Excelsis Percussion

In March, Assistant Professor of Percussion Karlyn Viña, D.M.A., performed the world premiere of “Sojourn: Reflections on Thoreau” by Joseph Schwantner with the Palm Beach Symphony and “Tosca” by Puccini with Florida Grand Opera, and had a residency with with Excelsis Percussion at SUNY-Potsdam that included an educational show, masterclass with SUNY-Potsdam students and an evening concert.
