Students: apply now to become a Shenandoah University Leadership Academy (SULA) fellow. SULA benefits students by preparing them for leadership positions, creating a sense of belonging in a leadership-based community, and helping them differentiate themselves in the marketplace.
SULA fellows will have the opportunity to work individually and as part of a team to build leadership skills by:
- Attending signature events
- Completing a leadership assessment
- Being a member of the Leadership and Mentoring Program (LAMP)
- Attending a leadership conference
- Participating in experiential learning
- Being a member of a student organization
- Working closely with Career and Professional Development and the Center for Civic Engagement
- Attending inclusion, diversity and equity workshops
