Top Of Virginia Regional Chamber To Hold Annual Economic Summit At Shenandoah On Nov. 18

The Top of Virginia Regional Chamber will hold its fourth annual Economic Summit, presented by First Bank and hosted by Shenandoah University’s School of Business, on Tuesday, Nov. 18, from 8:30 a.m.-noon in Halpin-Harrison Hall, Stimpson Auditorium, on Shenandoah University’s main campus in Winchester, Virginia.

Tom Barkin, president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, will serve as the keynote speaker, and the featured speaker is Juan Pablo Segura, secretary of commerce and trade economic outlook for the commonwealth of Virginia.

First Bank CEO Scott Harvard will lead the “State of the Region” discussion, which features a panel of regional business leaders including Scott Hamberger, owner of Blue Hill Proprietary, LLC; Beth Lewin, president of Carroll Construction; and Ed McKay, president and CEO of Shentel

The cost to attend the 2025 Economic Summit is $40 for TVRC members and $50 for general admission. Paid registration includes a light breakfast and coffee/tea bar. Register online at regionalchamber.biz.

Shenandoah University students and faculty may attend for free but must register online before the event.
