Pilates with Kaitlyn

Pilates with Kaitlyn is a free weekly Fitness Class held Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the Brandt Student Center, Room 123 (Borden Student Associations Center, aka B-SAC). Pilates is a fun, full-body workout that promotes strength, balanced muscle development, flexibility, posture, and range of motion. It is perfect for all levels of fitness, from the absolute beginner to the varsity athlete. It is a low-impact mat class that works the core, upper body, lower body, and back of the body, all in a one-hour workout! This Pilates class is open to students, faculty, and staff. Limited mats are available, so participants are encouraged to bring a mat and water bottle. All participants must complete the fitness waiver before participating. Questions? Contact recsports@su.edu.
