September 11 Remembrance Ceremony

Hosted by Shenandoah Veterans & Supporters, with support from the Office of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, this remembrance ceremony honors the victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. The ceremony begins at 2 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 11, in Sarah’s Glen and includes readings of emergency management transcripts and moments of silence commemorating the times the World Trade Center towers were struck, the Pentagon was attacked, and Flight 93 crashed.
