Trial Advocacy/Mock Trial Kickoff

The Trial Advocacy/Mock Trial Kickoff will be held Tuesday, Sept. 1, from 12:30-1 p.m. in Henkel Hall, Hester Auditorium. Attendees are invited to experience a mock trial demonstration and learn more about the Trial Advocacy/Mock Trial Program. Hosted by the Criminal Justice/Pre-Law program, the event will feature a presentation by the Shenandoah University National Competition Mock Trial Team, including opening statements and the direct and cross examination of a witness to the homicide in a first- degree murder case. The presentation will begin promptly at 12:30 p.m. with Jeffrey Harding, Esq., J.D., who teaches the Trial Advocacy/Mock Trial courses, as the presiding judge.
