Professional Highlights:

Dr. Duncan is a senior executive who has worked in the medical industry for 40 years. He started from the employees of ordinary private hospital laundry rooms, to the chief operating officer of the hospital system, and then to the president of the large modern integrated chain medical system. In addition to professional achievements, Dr. Duncan has also taught at the university for 40 years. His teaching experience includes leadership, systems, management, organization and heuristics. Dr. Duncan is an accredited researcher on the board of the American College of Healthcare Management and the American College of Medical Practice Management. His current research areas include behavioral attributes of leadership, psychosocial determinants of health, and the use of systems science to promote organizational change.
