As an incoming student you and your family may have not experienced the Financial Aid process before. We are here to help you apply for aid, understand the aid you are eligible for, and successfully complete and accept the aid you are awarded.

Scholarships at Shenandoah University

These include Presidential Scholarship, Academic Scholarship, Shenandoah University Conservatory Scholarship, Virginia Conference United Methodist Scholarship, Virginia Conference Ministerial Grant, Tuition Exchange Scholarships and others 


Grants for Undergraduate Students

Grants are forms of need-based financial aid which do not have to be repaid.


Loans for Undergraduate Students

These include the Federal Direct Stafford Loan for Undergraduates,  Federal Parent PLUS Loan, Federal Nursing Loan, and Alternative/Private Loans


Cost of Attendance

The Cost of Attendance is our estimate of the total cost to attend SU for one academic year. This estimate includes tuition and fees, room and board, books and supplies, transportation expenses, and personal expenses.
