Lecture Recital Featuring Brahms’ Piano Quartet in C Minor, op. 60

Coordinator of Music Literature, Associate Professor of Music History and Literature and Brahms scholar Laurie McManus, Ph.D., presents a free lecture recital featuring the Piano Quartet in C Minor, op. 60, by Johannes Brahms from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 8, in Goodson Chapel – Recital Hall. Performers include violinist Emily Konkle ’20 (Doctor of Musical Arts in Performance), violist John Roxburgh ’19 (Doctor of Musical Arts in Performance), Assistant Professor of Cello Julian Schwarz, M.M., and pianist Brian Woods ’20 (Artist Diploma). Dr. McManus will present a pre-concert talk. This event is free and open to the public.
