PT Students Participate in Parkinson’s Walk

A few students from the Physical Therapy Class of 2021 attended Walk Off Parkinson’s, an event held at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C., to raise awareness for the Parkinson Foundation of the National Capital Area. The students participated in the Physical Therapists and Friends team, with all completing a 1.2-mile walk around the baseball stadium, and all had a chance to go on the field. Those participating included Lauren Auzenne, Elizabeth Oden, Kaylan Bozick, Jenny Fritts, Nicole Balducci, Sam Sova, Jordan Considine, Jessica Drury and Allie Lewis.

Physical Therapy Podcast Comes to Shenandoah

PT Pintcast, the premier podcast for the profession of physical therapy, hosted by Jimmy McKay, PT, DPT, who talks PT with the leading minds in the field, recorded at Shenandoah University in October.
