Pardo Receives Zodiaque Dance Company Distinguished Alumni Award from University at Buffalo

Assistant Professor of Modern Dance Matt Pardo, M.F.A., recently received a Distinguished Alumni Award from the dance department at University at Buffalo (UB). At UB, Pardo was a member of the dance department’s company, Zodiaque Dance Company, which recently celebrated its 45th anniversary. He was awarded a Zodiaque Dance Company Distinguished Alumni Award for his work in furthering the state of dance on the national and international level. The two other UB Distinguished Alumni Award recipients were Jinah Parker, whose Off-Broadway show will premiere in spring 2019, and Karen Schupp, an associate professor at Arizona State University.
