Summer Classes
Summer 2022 may be the perfect opportunity to use your education benefits from work, get a jump-start on your education, or learn about something new! Classes are open to current Shenandoah students, future Shenandoah students, rising high school seniors, and visiting students. All summer courses are online.

Children's Literature Conference
Now in its 37th year, the Children’s Literature Conference (CLC) is a popular, annual professional development conference offering educators and librarians opportunities to learn from and interact with internationally renowned children’s book authors and illustrators. This year the event combines virtual and in-person events.

Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre
Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre (SSMT) presents Broadway musicals each season, with performances on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons, and Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. Season audiences total over 29,000 people, drawn from a 150-mile radius. All shows are presented with full sets and costumes, with the support of a live orchestra. The entire company averages 90 members.

Shenandoah Conservatory Arts Academy (SCAA)
Summer is a time for exploration, learning, and fun. The faculty and staff at Shenandoah Conservatory Arts Academy (SCAA) invite you to join them this summer! The program includes a variety of dance classes for ages 3.5 – 17 years and the SCAA Art Start Program for ages 3.5 – 9 years. Music lessons are also offered during the summer for all ages.
