Niess ’20 Selected to Compete in National Trumpet Solo Competition

Caeley Niess ’20 auditioned and was selected to compete in the National Trumpet Solo Competition being held from March 14, through March 16, at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. The audition was open to undergraduate musicians from throughout the United States. Niess is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Performance (Trumpet) and studies with Adjunct Associate Professor of Trumpet Chuck Seipp, D.M.A.
