Brass Studio Participates in Mock Wedding Performance

Shenandoah Conservatory brass students participated in a mock brass quintet wedding performance on Wednesday, Feb. 27, in Goodson Chapel – Recital Hall, under the direction of Adjunct Associate Professor of Trumpet Chuck Seipp, D.M.A. Participants included Jonathan Wyatt ’19 (Bachelor of Music in Composition), James Looney ’19 (Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies), Caeley Niess ’20 (Bachelor of Music in Performance), Kevin Carlton ’20 (Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy), Justin Whitt ’21 (Bachelor of Music in Music Education), Evan Ripple ’21 (Bachelor of Music in Music Education), Kyle Vogan ’21 (Bachelor of Music in Music Production & Recording Technology), Duncan Moore ’22 (Bachelor of Music in Performance), Noah Granard ’22 (Bachelor of Music in Music Production & Recording Technology), Heather Jones ’22 (Bachelor of Music in Music Education), Derek Brown ’22 (Bachelor of Music in Music Production & Recording Technology), Quincy Harmon ’22 (Bachelor of Music in Music Education) on trumpet; Anna Lorenzen ’19 (Bachelor of Music in Performance), Scout Kirkham ’22 (Bachelor of Music in Performance), Zack Miller ’22 (Bachelor of Music in Performance) and guest Kevin Romano on horn; Andrew Rainwater ’19 (Master of Music in Performance), David Humbertson ’19 (Master of Music in Performance), Brett Davey ’20 (Bachelor of Music in Music Education), and Dan Trout ’22 (Bachelor of Music in Music Production & Recording Technology) on trombone; and Cameron Farnsworth ’19 (Bachelor of Music in Music Education) and Brendan McCrowell ’20 (Bachelor of Music in Performance) on tuba.
