McManus Presents ‘On Brahms’s Nietzschean Modernism’ at AMS and GSA Events

Coordinator of Music Literature and Associate Professor of Music History and Literature Laurie McManus, Ph.D., will present “On Brahms’s Nietzschean Modernism” at the local chapter of the American Musicological Society on Saturday, Sept. 21, at the Library of Congress, and at the German Studies Association in Portland, Oregon, on Friday, Oct 4. McManus will perform her own musical examples as well.
