Adams Hosts Hands-on Stage Costuming for Dance Class

Theatre Design & Production Program Coordinator, Costume Designer and Associate Professor of Costume Design Jennifer Flitton Adams, M.F.A., hosted a fun Stage Costuming for Dance class on Tuesday, March 31. Since students could not see and touch sample fabrics for the lecture, they were invited to find clothes within their own homes with interesting fabrics, try them on, and then film themselves dancing in them. The class viewed the videos and discussed how fabric choices and qualities affect movement.
