Edelman Re-elected to Social Theory, Politics and the Arts Board of Directors

Director and Professor of Performing Arts Leadership & Management David Edelman, M.F.A., was re-elected to the board of directors of Social Theory, Politics and the Arts at its annual meeting in December 2020. Social Theory, Politics and the Arts (STP&A) is the oldest and one of the most influential academic gatherings in the field of arts management and cultural policy. STP&A’s international participants are drawn from a broad range of disciplines including political science, sociology, economics, law, arts management, arts education, art history, museum studies, cultural studies, education, and policy studies as well as arts managers and artists. Edelman will continue to serve on the organization’s executive committee as board treasurer.
