Tierno Presents Research at Renaissance Society of America’s Annual Meeting

On April 20, Auxiliary Adjunct Assistant Professor of Music History Alanna Tierno, Ph.D., presented a paper at the Renaissance Society of America’s 67th Annual Meeting that was held virtually from Tuesday, April 13, through Thursday, April 22. She organized the “Women and Music in the Early Modern Catholic Liturgy” session and the title of her paper was “Women in the Early Modern Nuptial Mass: A Case Study of the 1579 Fugger Wedding.” Visit rsa.org to learn more.
