Meyer Presents Keynote Address and Research at National Voice Medicine Forum in Beijing

Director of the Janette Ogg Voice Research Center and Associate Professor of Voice (Baritone) and Vocal Pedagogy David Meyer, D.M., gave a keynote address and two pedagogical talks at the 7th National Voice Medicine Forum in Beijing, China. His keynote, “COVID-19: Concerns for Singers,” was the product of his three co-authored scientific publications on the subject in 2020/21. The pedagogical lectures covered topics such as optimal respiration for singing and the pedagogical utility of MRI modeled vocal tracts.
