Take Note Of The New Standard Mileage Rate For 2022

Do you get reimbursed by the university for mileage? On Jan. 1, the standard mileage rate for the use of a car, van, pickup or panel truck was increased to 58.5 cents per mile for business miles driven. This is an increase from 56 cents in 2021.

Shenandoah University’s Mileage Log E-form (Etrieve) and Travel & Entertainment Expense form (Canvas) have been updated to reflect this rate.

When submitting reimbursement requests, please be sure to use the correct forms for your dates of travel. Questions? Contact Accounts Payable at acctspay@su.edu.
