Spice, Brayboy ’22 and Graham ’12 Reconnect in Nashville

Director of Collaborative Audio Arts and Associate Professor of Music Production & Recording Technology Graham Spice, M.S., reconnected with Michaela Brayboy ’22 (Bachelor of Arts in Collaborative Audio Arts) and Tom Graham ’12 (Bachelor of Music in Music Production & Recording Technology) in Nashville, Tennessee, during the Thanksgiving holiday break in 2023. Brayboy is developing her career as a songwriter and artist, and Graham is the front of house (FOH) engineer for country star and “American Idol” winner Scotty McCreery.

“Harmonizing the past with the present, our alumni gatherings in Nashville are not just about music — they’re about creating connections that resonate,” said Spice. “Bringing together Shenandoah Conservatory graduates, we’re orchestrating a symphony of networking, camaraderie, and shared experiences. In the heart of Music City, we’re on a mission to foster a vibrant alumni chapter, uniting talented individuals who call Nashville home.”
