The Dayton Alumni Scholarship was established in 2013 to keep Shenandoah’s heritage alive, as the first 85 years of the university was spent in Dayton, Virginia, from 1875 to 1960.
To qualify, applicants should be of junior or senior status, hold a 3.0 GPA or higher, have a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file, and be active in campus clubs and organizations. The application form for the 2024-25 Dayton Alumni Scholarship is available online at su.edu/financial-aid. The deadline to apply is Friday, May 31.
