Rivas ’26 and Collaborators Release New Song, ‘Homegrown Lemonade’

Jose Rivas ’26 (Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Musicianship & Entrepreneur Development), under the artist name The M. Mori Project, released the new song and music video, “Homegrown Lemonade,” on Wednesday, Aug. 28.

“The song ‘Homegrown Lemonade’ is about loving yourself and finding lasting joy in all aspects of life,” said Rivas. “The old saying, ‘when life gives you lemons,’ was a big inspiration for this song, except these lemons are ones we might grow ourselves. We can learn how to turn those sour situations into something we can enjoy and be proud of.”

It is available on all major streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music and more, under The M. Mori Project. The music video is available on The M. Mori Project YouTube channel.
