Ensure Your SU Alerts Contact Info Is Up To Date

All Shenandoah University students, faculty, and staff are reminded to log into their Omnilert subscriber account and add/confirm their mobile phone number. This is necessary to ensure that you receive text alerts, and is required even if you previously had a mobile phone number registered to your Omnilert subscriber account prior to the start of the 2024-25 academic year.

To log in to Omnilert, go to https://su.omnilert.net/subscriber.php and choose “Login via Single Sign-On” to sign in using your Shenandoah University credentials. Enter your mobile phone number and carrier and click “Add New.” If there is a mobile number already assigned to your account, please ensure its accuracy. Please also take a moment to confirm the accuracy of any email addresses associated with your Omnilert account. Subscribers can have up to two mobile numbers and six email addresses on their account, and you’re encouraged to add contact info for family members to receive SU Alerts.

Campus emergency alerts are sent via email or text in the event of an emergency on campus or in the area of campus, or for weather-related announcements such as school delays and/or cancellations. Please remember that due to character limits, many SU Alerts that are sent via text include a link to view the message in full. Questions? Contact the Office of Marketing & Communications at omc@su.edu.
