Volunteer To Be A ‘Snowbuster’ For The City Of Winchester

This winter, the city of Winchester is coordinating a team of volunteers to shovel snow for elderly residents in the aftermath of a snowstorm. The city will pair shovelers with community members who need assistance clearing their sidewalks. Shenandoah’s Center for Civic Engagement is calling on members of the SU community to assist the city with this initiative. Sign up to be part of this team by visiting winchesterva.gov. Questions? Contact Winchester Communications Director Kit Redmer at kit.redmer@winchesterva.gov.
