Mercado ’20 Performs in National Tour of ‘RENT in Concert’

Nisa Mercado ’20 (Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre) is performing in the ensemble for “RENT in Concert” during its first national tour. The symphonic take on Jonathan Larson’s Tony Award-winning and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical includes the full score of the show featuring a lineup of extraordinary artists and symphonic accompaniment by Contemporaneous. It was created by Artist Management Partners (AMP) Worldwide in association with Music Theatre International. The tour began this month in Greenvale, New York, with additional performances in Maryland, New Jersey, Connecticut, Ontario, Ohio, Michigan, Iowa, Texas, California and Florida.
