Core & More Fitness Class w/ SK

Core & More Fitness Class w/ SK is held Wednesdays from 7–8 p.m. in the Brandt Student Center, Room 123 (Borden Student Associations Center, aka B-SAC), beginning Jan. 21, and continuing weekly through April 29. This fitness class focuses on strengthening the abdominal and core muscles while also incorporating major muscle groups, including the quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, glutes, biceps and triceps, for a full-body workout. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat; a limited number of mats will be available. The class is free, and registration is required through IMLeagues.
