EIM-OC 2026 Walking Challenge

Shenandoah University is participating in the national Exercise is Medicine on Campus (EIM-OC) Walking Challenge on Monday, Oct. 12, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Students, faculty and staff can participate by joining guided walks around campus, which begin every 30 minutes, led by a different campus leader. Participants can join as many walks as they would like and can also report additional walking completed between 9 a.m.-5 p.m. through the EIM-OC reporting form. All guided walks meet in front of the Brandt Student Center unless otherwise specified. In the event of rain, participants can report their walking through the online form instead.
