Pilates with Kaitlyn

Pilates is a fun full-body workout that promotes strength, balanced muscle development, flexibility, posture, and range of motion. It is perfect for all levels of fitness, from the absolute beginner to the varsity athlete. It is a low-impact mat class that works the core, upper body, lower body, and back of the body all in a one-hour workout! Class is held in Shingleton Hall, Shingleton Gymnasium.
