Tai Yoga w/ Amanda

Tai Yoga w/ Amanda is on Mondays from 6-7 p.m. in the Brandt Student Center, Room 123 (Borden Student Associations Center, aka B-SAC). This class blends martial and healing arts by combining Yoga and Tai Chi, offering a balance of flowing Chi Kung exercises, grounding Tai Chi movements, and breath-focused restorative yoga poses. Designed for all experience levels, the class features gentle stretches, smooth transitions, and concludes with a guided meditation. A limited number of yoga mats will be available; participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or blanket and water. Registration is required through IMLeagues.
