Are you interested in fishing? Head over to Wilkins Lake in Jim Barnett Park on Wednesdays and Thursdays this semester to fish with Shenandoah Outdoor & Adventure Recreation (SOAR)! SOAR employees will assist beginners or people who need tips. All you need is a fishing license and trout stamp which can be purchased through the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources.
