Sean Murphy, director of Center for Story at Shenandoah, will be joined by Katie Mooney Buzby, executive director of the Peter Bullough Foundation (PBF), and Robin Ha, cartoonist, PBF board member, and past resident, on April 17 at 4 p.m. in Hazel-Pruitt Armory. The wide-ranging discussion will explore the work PBF – a nonprofit located in Winchester – does to provide time and space, via residencies, for emerging artists. Pilates/Barre class with Kaitlyn meets weekly on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. in the Brandt Student Center, room 123 (Borden Student Associations Center, aka B-SAC). This free class is open to students, faculty, and staff of all skill levels and combines attributes of both Barre and Pilates. It promotes strength, balance, and a fun full-body workout. Participants are encouraged to wear appropriate athletic attire and bring a mat and water bottle as limited mats will be available. For more information please contact recsports@su.edu.

Deadline To Donate To The Eco Extravaganza

Friday, April 18, is the last day to donate gently used clothing, school supplies, decor, and more for the Eco Extravaganza! Please place any donated items in the bins outside of the Mosaic Center and the Women's Center, located in the Brandt Student Center, by 5 p.m. For more information, contact Natalie Gales at ngales22@su.edu.

Biking on the C&O Canal

Bike and camp along the primarily flat C&O Canal (30 miles each day). A support van will provide snacks and water along the route. This is an all-day trip beginning on Friday, April 18 and returning Saturday, April 19 of Easter weekend. The fee ($15) includes transportation, biking gear, van support, camping gear, and food.
