Program Major: Biology Pre-pharmacy

Mental Health Interests: I’m really passionate about the mental health aspects navigating a learning disability as well as anxiety and depression
Meeting Locations: Wherever you’re most comfortable! Whether it’s Starbucks, a walk around campus or just meeting in Cooley, anything works for me. I’m also willing to meet via Zoom if that works better!

Mental Health Interests: I’m really interested in anxiety, depression, and suicide prevention
because of my personal experiences. I have also gone through a lot of grief and can relate to others on that level as well.
Meeting Locations: I’d love to go on walks on campus or somewhere else close by! We can also get food on or off campus. The Healthy Hornet Office (Cooley 212) is also always an option. I’m down to do pretty much anything! I want to do whatever makes you most comfortable 🙂
Hobbies: I love reading, listening to music, playing piano, singing, going on walks, watching Disney movies

Program Major: Public Health and Psychology

Hometown: Tuscaloosa, AL
Mental Health Interests: I just transferred to Shenandoah this semester, so I am a big advocate for transfer student mental health. I am also interested in anxiety and suicide prevention.
Meeting Locations: We can meet in the Healthy Hornet Office (Cooley 212) for sessions. Alternatively, we go on walks on campus or in Jim Barnett Park, meet in the Brandt Student Center, or go to a coffee shop.
Hobbies: I really enjoy painting, practicing yoga, going on walks, listening to music, and cooking. I love to travel and have been to 20 countries! I also love watching football!
