Catholic Campus Ministry will host guest speaker Sister C. Bethany Davis for “Scrolling with Sister: A Nun’s Story of Life, Faith, and Social Media” on Wednesday, Oct. 1, at 7 p.m. in Henkel Hall, Hester Auditorium. Davis, a member of the Daughters of St. Paul, will share her journey from growing up in a small town to becoming a nun and how she uses social media to advance her community’s mission. She will also offer tools for navigating the effects of social media and how to post with purpose. The event is part of CCM’s semesterly A Cuppa Catholicism series and will include a Q&A, light refreshments, free mugs and Beyond the Classroom credit.
