My favorite thing about SU was (and still is) the people. I loved the bus drivers and cafeteria staff especially. Every week, I would go to Allen Dining Hall just to see Gloria and Barbara. Seeing Bill or Barry on campus was always the highlight of my day. I still fondly remember my mentors. Being involved in student groups allowed me to develop more connections across majors and with people from varying backgrounds and convictions, connections that still impact me today.

My favorite thing about SU is the small class size and the ability to really develop relationships with your professors and peers. I love walking around campus and always seeing someone that I know.

My favorite thing about pharmacy is being able to learn hands-on during rotations in various pharmacy settings. I’m the President of the Student National Pharmaceutical Association (SNPhA) and Operation Immunization Chair of the American Pharmacists Association (APhA). I’m also a member of Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity, the DEI Guiding Coalition, and a Student Ambassador for the School of Pharmacy. There are numerous resources and opportunities available to students, from scholarships to leadership positions.

The Media & Communication major has given me the space to discover my passions and chase my dreams. There are so many opportunities offered to students each semester, and the professors are dedicated to helping everyone become the best they can be. I’m the Co-Editor-In-Chief of The Buzz and Director of Communications for SGA. I’m also involved in Active Minds, the Writers’ Club, Valley Star, ODK, ALD, and work as a Student Building Supervisor at the Brandt Student Center!

My favorite thing about my major is being able to code and create different things on the computer while working with other people. All of my professors are welcoming and make the lectures fun.
