Naumenko Featured in Eastern Orthodox Hymns Album with Patram Institute Singers

A recording featuring Assistant Professor of Voice Fotina Naumenko, D.M.A., reached #1 on Amazon’s Hot New Releases in opera and vocal within a week of release on April 17, and hit #7 on Billboard’s classical chart in early May. The recording, “Blessed Art Thou Among Women,” is a collection of Eastern Orthodox hymns sung by the PaTRAM Institute Singers under the direction of Peter Jermihov.

Naumenko is the soprano soloist on the track “The Angel Cried Out.”

“This music is close to my heart and heritage,” said Naumenko. “My singing life began with Russian choral music!”
