Music Therapy Program Launches Radio Listening Research Project to Help Dementia Patients

The music therapy program at Shenandoah Conservatory launched “RadioMe,” a partnership research project with the Cambridge Institute for Music Therapy Research at Anglia Ruskin University, in Cambridge, UK. The project focuses on developing an interactive home-based radio listening experience for adults with early stage dementia to help them maintain their independence and manage challenging symptoms associated with dementia.
