Dunlap ’20 Appointed Production Manager of Music Facilities

Kaela Dunlap ’20 (Bachelor of Music in Music Production & Recording Technology (MRPT)) will serve as the production manager of music facilities at Shenandoah Conservatory beginning this month. She will work with faculty, staff, students and guest artists to oversee the production logistics for the conservatory’s robust lineup of live music performances and events. She replaces Jimmy Smith ’14, ’16 (Bachelor of Music in Music Production & Recording Technology, Master of Science in Performing Arts Leadership & Management) who served in the role for four years.

She interned at In Your Ear Studios in Richmond, Virginia, before working as an instructional assistant for Shenandoah’s MPRT program in spring 2021. Dunlap also earned a certificate in clarinet performance with her degree from Shenandoah.
