Shenandoah’s esports program (faculty, staff and students) and the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce collaborated to deliver a two-day, Rocket League competition at The Hangout in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on March 10 and March 11. The two-day competition featured an eight-team collegiate invitational as well as an open Super Smash Bros Ultimate bracket for Grand Strand high school students
This is the first time that Myrtle Beach served as the the host city for an esports competition.
