Stokes and Schwarz Give New York Premiere of Music by Stokes
Coordinator of Strings and Professor of Bass Donovan Stokes, D.M., and Associate Professor of Cello Julian Schwarz, M.M., gave the New York premiere of Stokes’ “Sonatina for Cello and Bass” at Barge Music, New York City’s floating concert hall, as part of the organization’s Labor Day Here and Now Festival with two concerts Sept. 2 and Sept. 3.
