On Sept. 7, Jonathan A. Noyalas (AS ’01) was honored by the Josephine School Community Museum and African-American Cultural Center for his contributions to the study of African American history in the Shenandoah Valley.

In July, Rosemary Martin Edwards (AS ’08) announced that she is the new president of PCACAC – Potomac and Chesapeake Region (Potomac and Chesapeake Association for College Admission Counseling).

Jennifer Green-Flint (C ’09, EL ’15) is now the assistant dean for administration and finance in the Shenandoah Conservatory.

On July 7, Jacob Moyer (C ’17, ’23) performed the world premiere of “Knowledge Workers,” a new work for two clarinets, by Director of Composition, Coordinator of New Music and Associate Professor of Composition Jonathan Newman, M.M., at the 50th anniversary Clarinetfest in Denver, Colorado.

Cynthia Bui (B ’18,P ’18) became the pharmacy supervisor and program manager for the Veterans Affairs San Diego Medical Center.

Ting-Yu Chen (EL ’19) is now the associate dean for academic success in the Shenandoah Conservatory.

Connor McCarthy (AS ’19, EL ’19) is the director of golf at St. Mary’s University.
