Students Create Silk Paintings in Special Topics in Costuming Class

This semester, the Special Topics in Costuming class taught by Costume Designer and Associate Professor of Costume Design Jennifer Flitton Adams, M.F.A., is studying dyework, advanced costume construction and millinery (hat making). Lexi Campbell ’25 (Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Design & Production – Costume Design) created this silk painting of koi fish as part of her work in the class.

“The class all did beautiful work,” said Adams.
