Vester Performs at Music China

Director of Contemporary Music and Assistant Professor of Contemporary Music Rod Vester, Ph.D., recently performed at Music China in Shanghai, China, from Oct. 10, through Oct. 14. China has become the second-largest consumer market in the world and Music China is the country’s largest stage, uniting global music, sound, buyers and technologies. Attendance includes manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, endorsed artists and other guests from all over the world. Vendors display new products and cutting-edge technologies while artists perform on various stages throughout each day. This year, the event brought over 40,000 people to Shanghai. Vester is a Kurzweil Artist.
