Dennis Promoted to Box Office Manager

Kaitlynne Dennis was recently promoted to the role of box office manager at Shenandoah Conservatory, where she has served as the assistant box office manager since February 2020. In 2022, Dennis served as the interim box office manager, and has continued to play a lead role in staffing, training and supervising work-study students; managing group sales; and providing exceptional customer service to our audiences. She oversees the daily operations of the box office, including staffing, sales, financial reporting and Tessitura database management in this new role. Dennis has also been a member of the Shenandoah University Staff Council since 2021, where she currently serves as secretary.
