Joyce ’23 Nominated for Helen Hayes Award in Outstanding Lead Performer in a Musical Category

Aidan Joyce ’23 (Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre) was nominated for a 2024 Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding Lead Performer in a Musical (Helen cohort) for his work in “Spring Awakening” with the Monumental Theatre Company. Named for actor Helen Hayes – a Washington native and legendary First Lady of the American Theatre – the Helen Hayes Awards have honored excellence in professional theatre throughout the Washington region for four decades.
