Marchment Serves on Panel for Opera America’s Feedback Auditions Program

Director of Opera and Associate Professor Ella Marchment, B.Mus., served on an audition panel with Opera America on Saturday, Aug. 24, as part of the Feedback Auditions program. She joined Elliot Brown, artist manager at UIA Talent Agency, and Priti Gandhi, associate director of the Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition, on the panel. The initiative provides singers the opportunity to perform their audition repertoire before a supportive panel of industry professionals. Artists receive constructive feedback on their performances and repertoire, as well as a high-quality video recording of their audition.
