Finn Releases New Music Video for Original Song, ‘Necessary Scars’

Adjunct Assistant Professor of Songwriting Juli Finn, B.M., recently released a new music video for her original song, “Necessary Scars.”

“Necessary Scars” is a poignant song that delves into the parallel experiences of enduring the physical pain of surgery and the emotional pain of a broken relationship. Through its lyrics, the song reflects on how these scars, though painful, shape our identity and resilience, making us who we are today. It features Finn on guitar and vocals, Joe Santerre on bass, Larry Finn on drums, and Rich Cesarini on keys. The song was released earlier this summer and is available for streaming on platforms such as Spotify.
