Hoetmer ’00 Stars in ‘The Best Christmas Pageant Ever’ Movie

Danielle Hoetmer ’00 (Bachelor of Arts in Theatre) continues to make waves in the film industry. She stars as Mrs. Wendelken in the upcoming major motion picture, “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever,” directed by Dallas Jenkins, creator and director of “The Chosen.” In this heartwarming Christmas comedy, Hoetmer stars alongside the amazing Judy Greer, Lauren Graham and Pete Holmes, to name a few. On a special note, her real-life daughter, Lorelei Olivia Mote, also joins the cast, playing Alice Wendelken, marking their second feature film together. The film will be released nationwide in theaters on Nov. 8, 2024. Hoetmer resides in Los Angeles, California, and is repped by Master Talent Agency and Aspire Talent Management.
