Residential Students: Please Note These Spring 2025 Move-In Dates

Official residential student move-in dates for the Spring 2025 term are as follows:

  • New student move-in date: Thursday, Jan. 23, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Current student move-in date: Sunday, Jan. 26, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Any residential student, new or current, who needs to arrive on campus earlier than their official move-in date for any reason (including J Term, athletics, and conservatory) will need to fill out the Early Arrival for Upcoming Term Request, located under Break & Roster Forms in your Housing Portal.

Additionally, students are able to opt into a meal plan choice with Family Kitchen at Allen Dining Hall during winter break and J Term. You will need to use the J Term Meals Form to complete this request. Any additional questions or concerns can be answered by auxservices@su.edu.

Questions? Contact the Office of Residence Life at reslife@su.edu.
